Chari has presented the basics of evaluation and how it applies to development professionals for several years to a section of the Fundraising Certificate Program I teach annually that is offered through a collaboration with Portland State University and the Willamette Valley Development Officers. Each time she has done an excellent job teaching how evaluation works with the students. She is always very prepared, interesting and thorough. Her years of experience show through and her mastery of the subject. We are lucky to have someone as skilled as Chari in our community!
